ANTES DE PARTIR, A.C. with its address Roberto Gayol 1242, 4th floor, suite 403, Colonia del Valle, Del. Benito Juarez, Mexico, D.F. 03100, has the purpose of giving you safety regarding your personal information protection according to what is published in the Federal Law for Personal Data Protection handled by Private Citizens (hereby the Law) and its regulations.

ANTES DE PARTIR, A.C. hereby informed about the following privacy statement.

1. - ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

We ask for your personal data for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Statement, and they will be treated under principles of legality, quality, consentment, information, purpose, proportionality and responsibility, according to the Law.

The personal information that will be gathered is as follows:

ID
Social Security number
CURP
Proof of address
Academic Background
Place and date of birth
Birth certificate
Certificate of studies
Banking information
RFC
Results of medical exams required by ANTES DE PARTIR, A.C. to establish the health state, strength, physical attitudes and condition.

2. - PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

We ask for your approval to manage your personal data for the following purposes:

• To identify and verify you as a possible candidate for any job position.
• To prepare individual work agreements for a definite time, or individual work agreements for an indefinite time.
• To fulfill legal, tax, working or social security obligations, among others, that will arise from the working relationship.
• Integration and updating of personal files
• For communication and contact purposes
• To achieve higher productivity indexes as a result of given tests.
• So the employee can receive payment for their work.

3. - TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

Personal data belonging to the holder cannot be transferred to third parties by virtue of any relation with ANTES DE PARTIR, A.C. The latter is notwithstanding the exceptions of the Law.

4. – MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS:

The holder which personal data, sensible personal data and financial or capital data are transferred or managed in any way, has the right, at all times, to exercise his rights of access, correction, cancelation or opposition provided by the Law. The request to enforce an ARCO right should be as required by the Law. It should be delivered by sending an email to the following address: info1@antesdepartir.org.mx

The holder should be the one to exercise the ARCO rights and this will be free of charge. The holder will just have to pay, if it is the case, for delivery, reproduction and/or document certification fees. Management of personal data will be subject to the holder approval, so this approval can be revoked at any time without any retroactivity. In this case, the same procedure as the ARCO right should be followed.

5. - PROCEDURES AND COMMUNICATIONS MEANS REGARDING CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT:

This Privacy Statement can be modified in the future. In that case, any modification to it will be informed to you via email to the account you gave to us when you first sign acceptance of this Privacy Statement and/or via a publication of it in the following website: www.antesdepartir.org.mx

We are not responsible in the case that for any reason, not attributable to us, you don´t receive the proper notification. For your safety, the valid Privacy Statement will be available at all times in the website previously mentioned. We are not responsible for malfunctions that prevent you to receive the proper notification in your email.
